We view our home groups as little churches that gather together for a family reunion once a week in worship. Often times, the church develops plans to reach people, but only a few work to make that event possible. All the while, the need to develop disciples is neglected because the “gears” of ministry are working.

It is one thing to see a few pastor types excited about fulfilling the Great Commission, but when close friends in a small group are regularly growing deeper in friendship and more engaged in evangelism and service, growth happens.

We are a family of friends. Life giving, authentic, healing, and missional relationships are how we are uniquely wired by God to fulfill our mission, so small groups are at the center of all we do. Small groups stand on their own in many ways. Our church relies on healthy small groups to grow through small group outreach initiatives and discipleship. All areas are connected but dependent on healthy small groups led by healthy leaders.
